Registrations are now being accepted for both the main symposium, October 15 – 16th, and the Master Classes on October 14th.

Conference Fees:

Symposium Registration: $250 + HST

Student Registration:  $125 + HST

Full Day Master-classes (Oct 14):  $125 + HST

(an additional $20 will be charged for master classes purchased separately from the symposium.  This fee is to cover the costs of registration and payment processing)

Half-day master-classes (Oct 14): $50 + HST

(an additional $20 will be charged for master classes purchased separately from the symposium.  This fee is to cover the costs of registration and payment processing.)

**Please note if you are only registering for a Master Class and not planning on attending the main symposium you must contact Justin Ankenmann 778 782 3012 to register.**

How to Register

On-Line

Complete the ON-LINE Form. Please note you will be taken to our registration site which is housed at SFU. You will need to set up an online profile before proceeding to the registration page. If you experience any problems or require any information please email us info@womeninview.ca and we will be glad to help.

You will be given the option of paying for your registration fees on-line via a secure server

All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

By Mail or Fax

Complete the ON-LINE Form and mail with your bank draft (payable in Canadian funds) to Simon Fraser University to the address provided below. Forms can also be faxed and bank drafts mailed separately. Please note that if you are paying the early fee by bank draft, the funds must be received before September 20, 2010.

Note: Faxed or mailed registrations will not be processed until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation deadline: September 20th, 2010.

Full refunds, less a $30 CAD administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by September 20, 2010. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be mailed after the conference and will not be given to no-shows.

Confirmation of your registration

If you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation via our server.

Receipts

If you pay on-line by email transaction, please print out your receipt as this will be the original copy. If you pay by Canadian cheque or bank draft, your receipt will be mailed to the address shown on your completed registration form.
